NATIONWIDE & HOOTER'S WINTER SERIES
Jeff had an incredible experience playing in the Nationwide Tour Micossukee Championship. With the weather providing rain and high winds during the first 2 rounds Jeff missed the cut 77-74. He had trouble hitting fairways and grrens in regulation, but had 28-27 putts per round. Jeff would like to thank Rife Putters,Nickent Golf ,Callaway Golf and all the other reps who helped him out with new equiptment that he has put in his bag.
With the start of the Hooter's Winter Series, Jeff has played in 2 events both played at Stoneybrook East in Orlando. In the first event, October 28-30, Jeff missed the cut by 2 shooting 76-71 although he had 11 birdies over the 2 rounds. Jeff followed that up in the second event, November 4-6, by making the cut with a bogie free 1st round of 70, a 2nd round 66 included 6 birdies, a hole out from 72yd eagle and one 3 putt bogie. Jeff had some ball striking problems during his 3rd round and a lot of missed birdie putts. A dissapointing 75 included 4 bogies and only 1 birdie.

AUGUST/SEPTEMBER UPDATE
After twisting his ankle during the second round of The Hooter's Event @ Highland Oaks in Dotham,Alabama, Jeff had to withdraw from the event. He traveled the following week to play in the Hooters Series Southern Hills Open in Georgia and had back to bac 1 over 71's and missed the cut. He returned home and we made the decision that he would wait one more year for Q-School and continue to work on his game. Over the next 3 weeks, Jeff played in 8 Moonlight Events in Central Florida, he had 2 1st place finishes, along with a 3rd, 2 4th places,a 5th and 7th. His last event at Huntington Hills on Sept 14th he carded 7 birdies along with a double and 2 bogies which left him 1 shot behind the leaders. We decided that Jeff would go back out, so on the 15th he left for Georgia to play in the Hooters Tour Kandy Waters Memorial Classic Sept 18-21, from there he will travel to Charlotte,NC to play in the Tarheel Tour's Event at Charlotte National Sept 24th-26th. He will then return home and play in some more Moonlight Tour events, do 2 Nationwide Monday Qualifiers and get ready to play in the Hooter's Winter Series that will go from late October thru March 2009.

APRIL 20-26 TOURNAMENTS
On the 21st Jeff played in the Monday Qualifier for the Hooter's Pro Series Savannah Lakes Event in SC. He shot a 5 over 77 and missed the cut. JEFF MAKES CUT ON NUMBER AT The First Tee –HOOTER'S Inverrary Classic
With a late 2PM Tee Time and the afternoon wind blowing Jeff carded a 3 over 75 and made the cut on the number. With a birdie on his first hole, it was a windfest and quessing game from that point on. Jeff had 2 incredible up and downs for pars, but after 1, the birdie putts refused to drop.
With little or no rain expected Saturday, Jeff tees it up at 9 with a goal to move up the board.
